I am looking for a stroller which is 29″ (73cm) or less, as my home elevator is very narrow. I am expecting twins.
I have been comparing the Phil & Ted E3 double and the Baby Jogger City Mini double. Which one is better?

The double stroller I have is a Phil & Ted’s classic inline (picture here: http://www.philandteds.com/nz/classic_08_1.htm) jogging stroller with a single stroller imprint. It’s pretty compact but not as lightweight as if I traveled with two doubles and I pushed one and my husband the other. Any suggestions would help please!
