I purchased the Baby Trend Jet Expedition LX stroller at Babies r Us a little over 3 months ago and had a few problems with the front wheel shaking then it not wanting to close at all on one side. I had the wheel problem fixed (or so I thought) until this weekend when the whole front wheel frame shakes where it attaches to the main frame. Once I took the footrest off to see what the problem was the whole wheel housing gasket unit was loose and came off along with the front wheel and broke on my floor into all pieces of washers, ball bearing, etc. Of course I could not return it to the store because it was just over the 90 day return policy, so I called Baby Trend customer service. The part just happens to be “out of stock”. I cannot understand that since it is a major part needed to build new strollers. Has anyone else that owned this stroller or a similar one from Baby Trend had the same problem or any problems with their customer service? Just wondering if they are BS-ing me.
